2020
In 2020, Milan Monappa (Founder) left a successful career leading a tech team at Nike in Oregon, USA, to pursue his dream of becoming an Entrepreneur in India to contribute to the growth of his country. With a deep passion for food and a mission to serve his country, he started a small cloud kitchen in a 100 sq. ft. space in Bangalore. The goal was clear: to deliver high-quality, hygienic, and delicious meals at scale.
2022
By 2022, Nxtmeal expanded operations, establishing a commercial kitchen serving 3000+ meals daily to corporate clients. Recognizing the need for efficiency and scalability, Milan joined forces with Sumeet Guleria, a seasoned business leader with experience in scaling companies like Swiggy, OYO, and Jumbotail. Together, they optimized operations, streamlined logistics, and integrated technology to enhance efficiency.
2024
By 2024, their efforts had transformed the company significantly, setting it up for a bigger game. Nxtmeal established a large-scale commercial kitchen, catering over 10,000 meals everyday to 20+ companies. 7 cash-and-carry stalls and 3 on-site kitchens were established in reputed offices in the city, making fresh, home-style meals more accessible than ever for the corporate populace.
Present
What began as a small kitchen has now evolved into a mission, redefining corporate dining with authentic, nutritious, and affordable meals. Nxtmeal is now leveraging its design and technology expertise to innovate for the workforce of the future. Milan and Sumeet, along with their team continue to push boundaries, ensuring that every meal served is a step toward a healthier, more sustainable food ecosystem.
